摘要
用硫酸铵沉淀法从葫芦种子中提取蛋白粗提物,经过SP-sepharose fast flow阳离子交换柱层析分离得到3个不同峰的蛋白质,初步纯化的抗菌蛋白对植物致病菌指状青霉(Penicillium degitatum)和意大利青霉(Penicillium italicum)具有明显抑制作用,同样,发现此抗菌蛋白细菌臭鼻克雷伯菌(Klebsiella penumoniae)和鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii)的生长也有一定的抑制作用。
Three types of antimicrobial proteins were isolated from seeds of Lagenaria siceraria Ser by ammonium sulfate precipitation, and positive ion exchange chromatography on SP-sepharose fast flow. The primarily purified proteins exerted potent antifungal activity against a variety of fungi, including Penicillium degitatum and Pe nic illium italic um, also exhibited a moderate antibacterial action against Kle bs iella pe numoniae and A cinetobacter baumannii.
