摘要
采用低温氮吸附法获得印尼褐煤的吸附-脱附等温线,通过对比分析得到该煤种的内部孔隙特征.实验结果表明,印尼褐煤比表面积很大,尤其是存在大量的一端封闭一端开放的孔隙结构,这是其含水量高、易吸水回潮并不易脱水的主要原因.在一定的温度条件下对其进行轴向冲击挤压处理,褐煤内部的孔径分布特征没有发生较大改变,但对中、大孔的数量影响很大,特别是半封闭孔明显减少,整体比表面积大大降低,这种改质方法将对降低褐煤的含水量和吸水性有一定的意义.
Low-temperature nitrogen adsorption method (LTNAM) was used to detect the microspores of Indonesia lignite and the adsorption-desorption isotherms were obtained. The results from comparative analysis show that the coal has a large surface area. Particularly, there are a lot of semi-opened microspores. These two characters are the main reasons that lignite has high moisture and is hard to dewater. The method of axial impact in a certain temperature was used to update the lignite. The microspores distribution of the lignite was not changed apparently. However, the quantity of the meso-pores and macro-pores was decreased. Especially, the semi-open pores were reduced comparatively. So the overall surface area was reduced substantially. This upgrading method would have certain significance on dewatering the lignite.
