摘要
为了解污水海洋处置工程营运前后对海口湾海域的影响,通过对海口市白沙门污水处理厂排放区及附近海域两个站位表层海水中污染物的长期监测分析,发现大肠菌群和无机氮有逐渐增加的趋势,建议污水处理厂增加去氮与灭菌工艺,加快陆上未经处理的生活和工业污水的截流并网工程。
The Baishamen Sewerage Treatment Plant of Haikou City with the capacity of 300,000 t per day was built in late 1999, and has operated over 8 years. The outfall pipes take the treated wastewater off the shore 1 450m from the mean high water mark (the top of the beach). At the discharge point, treated effluent is discharged through diffusers (400m). The effluent is monitored to ensure it in accord with environmental regulations. By the monitoring analysis on surface seawater quality since the early 1994, the effects of wastewater marine disposal works on sea areas around Haikou City are identified. Two locations (discharge area and reference area) are being monitored. It is found that basically water quality meets environmental regulations, but the sewerage pipe network in Haikou should be improved, and technology of nitrate removal and disinfection should be adopted in the Baishamen Sewerage Treatment Plant.
