摘要
目的:探讨建立药历存在的问题与解决办法。方法:由现实情况出发,从政策、观念、管理和技术层面上讨论建立药历存在的问题。结果与结论:建立药历,要实事求是,从基础工作做起,并在相应政策推动和技术推导下,才能长期有序地开展。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the problems encountered in the establishment of medication record and put forward the solutions. METHODS： The problems encountered in establishing medication record were analyzed form aspects of policy, concept, management and technology. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： To establish medication record, we should assume a clown to earth attitude to start from the fundamental work, only motivated by corresponding policy and technology can it be carried out orderly in a long term.
