饲料中角黄素的高效液相色谱法测定 被引量:12

Determination of Canthaxanthin in Feed Ingredients by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 以ZORBAX Eclipse DB-C18为分析柱,乙腈-甲醇(体积比95∶5)作流动相,建立了饲料中角黄素的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。对饲料样品进行3个添加水平的回收实验分析,回收率为96%-112%,精密度(RSD)为1.90%-3.53%,线性范围为1.0-20.0 mg/L,检出限为0.28 mg/kg。 Canthaxanthin in feed stuff was separated on an ZORBAX Eclipse DB-C18 analytical column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) at 25 ℃ with acetonitrile and methanol(95 ∶5,by volume)as mobile phase at 1.0 mL·min^-1 and then detected by DAD at 470 nm.The average recoveries were range of 96%-112%with RSD of 1.90%-3.53%.The linear range ranged from 1.0 to 20.0 mg/L.The detection limit was 0.28 mg/kg.This method could be used to determine the content of canthaxanthin in feed stuff.
