摘要
以铝土矿为原料合成了4A型沸石。考察了晶化碱度对产品的吸水值与粒度的影响。在1.8mol/L的碱度范围内,产品的吸水值可达到27%以上。在较高的碱度下,由于二次成核过程的作用,产品的粒径较大;在1.8mol/L的晶化条件下,产品的粒度分布集中,而且粒径较小。
4A zeolite was synthesized from bauxite. The influence of NaOH concentration on water adsorption and particle size distribution were investigated. The water adsorption of the product can reach 27% at NaOH concentration being 1.8mol/L. Due to the second nucleation, the particle size of the 4A zeolite increase at a higher NaOH contention.
