借助迈克尔·波特教授提出的5种竞争力量模型,提出医疗产业内部的5种基本竞争力量,通过对5种基本竞争力量进行分析,找出了影响医院竞争力的因素,明确了医疗产业内的竞争态势和未来发展的趋势,旨在为医院适应竞争环境,制定正确的发展战略提供参考。
According to the five competitive forces model posed by Michael Porter,it is going to analyze the five competitive forces within the health care industry and then single out the key points which strongly influence the hospital strategy jointly point out the competition situation and development trend of health care industry so as to help hospitals make right strategies and survive through the tough competition.
