摘要
介绍了美国著名高校的教育理念:求是崇真,与真理为友;追求光明与真知,坚守人文主义阵地;找到办法,否则就创造一个;州界就是大学的界线;所有目标都毫无例外地指向远方;各美其美,并行不悖,和而不同,等等。并阐述其特色。
The educational ideas of some famous universities in the U.S.A. are presented as： seeking truth, befriending with truth; pursuing truth, holding onto humanism; finding out the answer or inventing one; the boundary of the state is the boundary of the university; all the sign posts read ＂Going Further Ahead＂. To sum up, the educational ideas of these famous universities are different but they exist in harmony.
