摘要
通过对比中英高等教育,应用核心竞争力理论研究大学竞争问题,提出关于大学核心竞争力的观点,并提出大学获得核心竞争力、保持竞争优势的若干策略。如,加强管理体系创新,提升特色校园精神,注重知识管理,推行品牌策略等。
A comparison between China's higher education and UK's higher education is made by employing the core competency theory. The strategies for Hua Qiao University to obtain core competency and have competitive advantages are suggested, such as, strengthening the innovation of management system, developing characteristic campus spirit, paying attention to knowledge management and practicing brand strategy, etc.
