摘要
目的了解浙江沿海地区汉族人群中CYP2D6基因拷贝数多态性分布。方法使用改良的长模板PCR技术对浙江沿海地区汉族人群中的285例健康人群,进行CYP2D6基因拷贝数多态性进行检测。结果CYP2D6*5缺失型和CYP2D6*×N重复基因在总样本中的发生频率分别为5.09%(n=29)和0.70%(n=4),在4个重复等位的基因中,其中3个为CYP2D6*1×2,另外1个为CYP2D6*10×2。结论实验表明本地区CYP2D6基因拷贝数多态性分布不同于其他地区,不同地区呈现出不同的特点,表现出中华民族的遗传多样性。
Objective To observer the significant different in the frequencies of the Cytochrome P450 2D6（CYP2D6） alleles in Chinese Littoral Han population of Zhejiang. Methods Modified multiplex long polymerase chain reaction were developed to detect the CYP2D6 genetic polymorphisms in 285 subject from Chinese Littoral Han population of Zhejiang. Results The frequency of CYP2D6 ＊ 5 and CYP2D6 ＊× N were 5.09 % （ n = 29） and 0.70 % （ n = 4） in the Littoral Han population of Zhejiang. of the 4 duplicated alleles, 3 were CYP2D6 ＊ 1 × 2 and 1 were CYP2D6 ＊ 10 × 2. Conclusion The CYP2D6 gene copy number variation differ amony Chinese form different regions, indicating ethnic variety in Chinese.
