摘要
用微量热法研究了4种重金属离子对丝状真菌(黑根霉菌)生长抑制的热功率输出曲线,得到了它在不同浓度重金属离子作用下的生长速率常数k、抑制率I、半抑制浓度IC50等参数,其抑制顺序为:Cd2+>Hg2+>Pb2+>Cu2+.
By using microcalorimetric method, the growth thermogenetic curves of Rhizopus nigricans inhibited by four kinds of heavy metal ions are determined, parameters such as growth rate constants k, inhibitory ratio I, and half inhibitory concentration IC 50 etc.are obtained. The experimental results show that four kinds of heavy metal ions can inhibit Rhizopus nigricans growth obviously, low concentration of Cu 2+ has promoting action. The inhibitory sequence is Cd 2+ > Hg 2+ > Pb 2+ > Cu 2+ , half inhibitory concentration of them are Cd 2+ 0.8μg\5ml -1 , Hg 2+ 1.7μg\5ml -1 , Pb 2+ 48.0μg\5ml -1 , Cu 2+ 110.0μg\5ml -1 .
