摘要
用三维经颅多普勒超声(3D-TCD)测定55例高粘血症患者及51例正常对照者的脑动脉血流速度。结果显示患者组除颈内动脉外,其它脑动脉的血流速度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。全血低切粘度(X1)、血浆粘度(X3)、红细胞压积(X4)与大脑中动脉峰流速(Y)有显著线性回归关系。故认为高粘血症使脑动脉血流速度下降,其主要影响因素是全血低切粘度、血浆粘度及红细胞压积。
The cerebral blood flow velocity(CBFV) of 55 patients with blood hyperviscosity and 51 controls were detected with three dimensional transcranial doppler ultrasound(3DTCD)The results showed that the patient's spike velocity(Vs) and mean velocity(Vm) of the cerebral arteries,except the internal cerebral artery,were significantly lower than those of the controls(P<005)There was a significant multiple linear regression relationship between the whole blood viscosity (X1),plasma viscosity(X3),hematocrit(X4) and Vs of the middle cerebral arteryThe regressionequation was Y=1508911-14569X1-213759X3-05892X4The results indicate that blood hyperviscosity lowers CBFV,and the main influencing factors are whole blood viscosoty,plasma viscosity and hematocrit
