CT引导下经皮穿刺活检诊断骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺活检术诊断骨肿瘤及瘤样病变的应用价值。材料和方法:回顾性分析38例CT引导下穿刺骨肿瘤及瘤样病变的CT表现及穿刺病理结果,其中22例有术后病理结果对比。结果:穿刺成功32例(84.2%),失败2例(5.3%),取出病理组织少4例(10.5%)。16例穿刺成功并进行手术者穿刺病理与术后病理完全相符。结论:CT引导下穿刺活检术准确、安全,在诊断骨肿瘤及瘤样病变中应用价值较大;正确选择靶点是穿刺成功的关键,多点穿刺有助于提高穿刺成功率。
