摘要
数值模拟已成为研究相变与临界现象的一种有效方法。传统monte carlo算法达到细致平衡时间较长,对空间格点体积大小有一定限制。我们使用wang-laudau算法研究三维随机场Ising模型(RFIM)相变,计算不同随机场强度下比热容随温度变化,作体积效应分析,确定相变类型,并给出三维RFIM的相空间结构。
Numerical simulation has become an effective method for studying the phase transition and critical behaviors.The traditional MC methods will cost too huge quantity of computational time to simulate large lattice system.We use Wang-Landau algorithm to study the phase transition of 3D RFIM , calculated the specific heat in a wide temperature region , the infnite volume analysis and identified types of phase transition, finally the phase diagram is presented.
