摘要
目的探讨永久心脏起搏器安装围手术期并发症的防治分析会。方法回顾性分析安置永久心脏起搏器52例，共发生围手术期并发症6例（11．5％），其中术中心跳骤停、室颤各1例，术后血胸、起搏电极移位各1例，囊袋血肿2例。结果6例并发症均经恰当处理而愈。结论充分的术前准备、熟练的手术技能、积极的围手术期管理是防治并发症发生的三大关键。
Objective To clarify the experience of peri-operation complication, their prevention and treatment in permanent cardic pacemaker implantation. Methods Retrospective analysis of 52 patients with permanent cardic pacemaker implantation, 6 patients occurred peri-operation complications（ 11.5 % ）, including 1 patient with cardic arrest and I patient with ventricular fibrillation in operation, 1 patient with harnothorax and 1 patient with electrode move after operation, 2 patients with bag haematoma. Results All the complication were correctly cured. Conclusion The three key ways to prevent and treat complication contain adequent preparation before operation, skillful technique in operation and active managment within peri-operation.
