摘要
目的探讨头颅局部亚低温技术治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法将100例急性脑出血患者随机分为两组，局部亚低温治疗组50例在常规术后药物治疗的基础上加用局部亚低温治疗，对照组50例采用手术后单纯常规药物治疗，并在治疗前及治疗后21d进行神经功能缺损评分和疗效比较。结果治疗组亚低温治疗后7d颅内压改变优于对照组，治疗组较对照组神经功能缺损评分明显降低（P〈0．05），生存率及恢复良好率提高（P〈0．05）。结论头颅局部亚低温治疗技术可以明显改善急性脑出血患者的神经功能，降低病死率和致残率。
Objective To evaluate local moderate hypothermia technology on acute brain hemorrhage cases. Methods 100 patients of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups（moderate hypothermia group and control group）. The moderate hypothermia group was 50 eases treated with moderate hypothermia after routine treatment, the control group was 50 cases with routine treatment. The two groups were assessed after treatment for 21 days. Results The group treated via moderate hypothermia therapy showed the nerve function damages relatively lower than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the surviving probability and curative ratio were significant higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The local moderate hypothermia therapy for acute cerebral hemorrhage patient in clinical can significantly improve the never cell function and reduce mortality and disablement.
