摘要
了解静脉给予水蛭提取物对犬正常及缺血后脑血流量、血压及心率的影响.方法:以犬为实验对象,结扎一侧颈外A及枕A,以电磁流量计测颈A血流量,用四道生理记录仪记录血压、心电图的改变情况.结果:水蛭提取液对正常及缺血后犬脑血流量有显著升高作用,大剂量(0.1g·kg-1)、小剂量(0.05g·kg1)给药后对正常犬脑血流量的升高率分别为:44.30±19.5(P<0.01),23.66±19.0(P<0.01),对脑缺血状态的犬脑血流量的升高率分别为:10.6±20.6(P>0.05),14.7±6.0(P<0.01).给药1min后,大剂量对正常及脑缺血犬降压作用明显,血压分别由给药前22.4±2.9kPa,21.7±2.6kPa降低至15.7±6.1kPa(P<0.05),13.8±4.3kPa(P<0.05),血压与血流量之间有一定的线性回归关系.结论:水蛭提取液对改善脑血液循环有一定作用.
To explore the effects of extraction from hirudo by iv on canine cerebral blood flow (CBF), blood pressure and heart rate in normal and acute ischemic conditions. Methods: Dogs were used in this experiment. First one of the external carotid artery and occipital artery were ligated, and then we measured CBF with electromagnetic flowmeter, recorded the change of blood pressure, ECG with physiologic instrument as well. Results: After ig two dosage of the extractions from hirudo, the rate of CBF were increased to (44. 30±19. 5 ) kPa (P<±0.01), (23. 66±19.0) kPa (P<0. 01) respectively. After 1 min, the large dosage reduced the BP of both normal and acute ischemic canine [from(22.4±3.9) kPa to (15. 7<±6. 1) kPa (P<0. 05) and (21.7±2.6) kPa to (13. 8±4. 3) kPa (P<0.05)]. There was a linear regression relationship between CBF and blood pressure. Conclusion: Extraction from hirudo has some effects on improving cerebral circulation.
