摘要
柠檬酸钠对运动能力的影响尚存争议,而且缺少柠檬酸钠对耐力运动能力影响的研究。采用双盲交叉设计比较了20名少年男子耐力运动员补充0.6 g/kg体重剂量的柠檬酸钠1 h后完成5000 m跑的运动成绩,并测试运动前后血液血气及乳酸指标。结果显示,服用柠檬酸钠对运动成绩有显著提升,最明显的促力效果出现在运动结束前的冲刺阶段。服用柠檬酸钠组在运动前的血液pH值、PCO2以及运动后的pH值、血乳酸显著高于安慰剂组。
The effect of sodium citrate ingestion had on junior 5000m runners' performance and blood index before and after exercise is examined. 20 junior endurance male athletes complete two 5000m trials. The trials are double-bhnd and randomly assigned for sodium citrate ( 0.6g/kg body mass ) and for sodium (NaCl, 0.1 g/kg body mass ) one hour before exercise. 5000m completion times and split times are measured. Blood samples are collected pre-ingesfion, pre-exercise, post-exercise, and 10 minutes post-exercise and analyzed for blood indexes and lactate acid. The results show that the athletes who took sodium citriate has evident improvement in 5000m time-trial performance, the most noticeable ergogenic effects occurred in the end stage of trails. Further, sodium citrate ingestion leads to increased blood pH and PCO2 before exercise, increased pH and lactate acid after exercise.
