摘要 根据卫星双向共视法进行时间比对的基本原理,详细介绍了Sagnac效应产生的原因。并以圆轨道地球静止同步卫星为例,推导了卫星双向共视法时间比对中Sagnac效应在地心惯性系的基本计算模型。给出了当地面站在赤道上和不在赤道上这两种情况下,Sagnac效应的详细计算过程。 In this paper, according to the basal principle of the method of two-way satellite common-view time comparison, the reason how the sagnac effect comes into being has been introduced in detail. Taking the circular orbit geostationary satellite for example, the basal computational model of the sagnac effect of the method of two-way satellite common-view time comparison in the earth-centered inertial reference frame has been deduced, and the detailed computational procedure of the sagnac effect was obtained in the cases that the ground-station was or not on the equator.
