MSCT灌注成像在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价MSCT灌注测量对乳腺肿块病变的诊断价值。方法对21例体检或钼靶检查发现乳腺肿块性病变者(28个)行多层螺旋CT灌注扫描,使用Dynamic CT perfusion system软件包,对生成的动态图像数据和图像强度随时间变化的相关信息进行分析,考察各种与灌注相关的参数情况,并进行统计学分析。结果乳腺癌组血流量(BF):(36.34±15.28)ml/(min·100g),血容量(BV):(14.56±8.43)ml/100g,平均通过时间(MTT):(28.58±13.45)s;血管表面通透性(PS):(17.23±11.54)ml/(min·100g),良性肿块组BF:(16.63±9.76)ml/(min·100g);BV:(4.95±3.14)ml/100 g;MTT:(26.12±10.18)s;PS:(4.15±2.38)ml/(min·100g),2组BF、BV、PS之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺恶性肿块的血流量和血容量明显高于良性肿块,在乳腺肿块性病变的良、恶性鉴别诊断中有较高的参考价值。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of muhislice computed tomography(MSCT) perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of breast mass. Methods 21 cases with breast mass( 28 lumps) founded by health examination or mammography were scanned by MSCT perfusion. Dynamic CT perfusion system software were used analyze the data of creating dynamic picture and the relative information of image intention changes with time change. Every parameters related to perfusion were studied and analyzed by statistics. Results The BF, BV,MTT and PS was (36.34±15.28) ml/( min·100 g), ( 14.56±8.43 ) ml/100 g, (28.58±13.45 ) s and ( 17.23±11.54) ml/( min·100 g) respectively in the breast cancer group, and ( 16.63±9.76) ml/ (min·100 g), (4.95 ± 3.14) ml/100 g, (26.12 ± 10.18)s, (4.15 ±2.38)ml/( min·100 g) respectively in the benign mass group. There were significant difference in BF, BV and PS between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The BV and BF of malignant mass were higher than that of benign mass. This character can be used to differentiate the nature of breast lesions.
