摘要
优化乙酸与正丁烯加成反应产物的碱洗萃取条件,分析了不同毛细管柱对色谱分析的影响,对色谱操作参数进行优选,实验表明:以OV-1,12米的细口径柱为分析柱,使用氢火焰离子化检测器,校正归一化法定量,分析结果符合定性定量分析的要求,快速、简捷、准确度高。
The alkaline extraction conditions for addition products of acetic acid and n - butene were optimized. The effects of different capillary columns on the chromatographic analysis were analyzed. The chromatography operational parameters were optimized. The results showed that the method using a small - pore capillary column of OV - 1 and 12 meter, hydrogen flame ionization detector and calibration normalization quantitative method was quick, convenient and accurate, satisfying the requirements of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
