摘要
带式输送机广泛应用在矿山、电子、食品、机械、钢铁、汽车、煤矿等生产过程中,在运行过程中经常出现输送带跑偏现象,它不仅会引起漏料使设备发生非正常磨损,还会影响生产效率。介绍了造成带式输送机输送带跑偏的原因,并从设计、生产、安装、维护等方面提出了控制输送带跑遍的具体方法。
Belt conveyers are widely used for the production processes of mine, electron, food, machine, steel, automobile and coalfield. In the process of operation, the misalignment phenomenon is often appeared. It not only arouses leak of materials and non-normal wear, but also affects production efficiency. In this paper, the reasons of disalignment of running belt for belt conveyers were introduced. From the view of design, production, fixing and maintenance, the detail controlling methods of disaiignment of running belt were brought forward.
