摘要
利用工业污染源废水对蚕豆根尖细胞进行处理,根据蚕豆根尖细胞微核千分率的大小来监测废水的致突变能力;并通过污染指数(PI)评价水质的综合毒性。
The Vicia faba root tip cells are treated with industrial wastewater, and the mutagenic effects of the wastewater are detected with the values of Vicia faba MCN‰, then the comprehensive toxicity of the wastewater is evaluated by the PI values.
