介绍三聚氰胺装置中二氧化碳汽提塔的设备结构及工艺流程,对其内部塔盘结晶堵塞的原因进行分析,通过在塔前增加闪蒸槽,彻底解决了塔盘结晶堵塞的问题。
Presents the structure and process flow of CO2 stripper of melamine plant, analyzes the reasons for the crystal blocking of its internal trays. Flash drum was installed before the stripper,and the crystal blocking of the trays was thoroughly eliminated.
