摘要
针对气弹簧安装位置设计的问题,首先初选气弹簧,利用两点法算出安装点的理论最佳位置,提出一种基于运动仿真的气弹簧安装位置设计方法,在数字化样机中对气弹簧进行干涉分析和运动仿真,从而使气弹簧安装位置的选择一次成功,并以大功率拖拉机前机罩的气弹簧安装设计为例,验证了该设计的可行性和实用性,对于其它气弹簧安装位置的设计有重要的参考价值.
Aimed at this problem, a design method of the gas spring installation site based on the motion simulation is presented. In this method, the gas spring is selected first and the optimum theoretical position of the installation point is worked out by use of two point method. The interference analysis and the motion simulation of the gas spring are carried out in the digital model machine,which makes the selection of the gas spring mounting site successful at first time. Taking the gas spring installation of a high- power tractor front cover as an example, it is verified that this design is a feasible and practical method. It provides a reference for other designs of the gas spring installation position.
