摘要
聚醚型聚氨酯具有优良的力学性能,已被广泛应用于水力机械抗磨和抗气蚀。但由于其固化温度较高,与界面粘结不理想,使其在大型工件应用上受到限制。针对这一实际情况,经多组实验,优选出油酸作为催化剂,降低了聚氨酯的固化温度。
Polyether type of polyurethane has good dynamic function, which has been used in waterpower machines to anti - wear and anti - cavitation. But the solid temperature of polyether type of polyurethane is so high that its application is limited in large machines. In this paper, we select oleic acid as catalyst to reduce the polyether type of polyurethane solid temperature. The optimized temperature has been conducted to safeguard its function in this work.
