摘要
作者认为，我国城市及县医院建设即将进入新的发展周期，当前的改革趋势对医院建设产生重大影响，文中分析了医院建设存在的问题及新的建设周期应遵循的基本原则。
hina's urban and county hospital construction is entering into a new development cycle. The current trendof reform will have a lot of bearings on hospital construction.This article gives an analysis of the problems in hospital construction and the basic principles which must beobserved in the new construction cycle.
