摘要
本文通过对高校图书馆参考咨询服务在传统和网络环境的特点、虚拟咨询台的建立与服务方式进行对比,给出网络环境下图书馆参考咨询服务的新思路。
First, this paper discussed the characteristics of reference service of university library in the traditional and network environment; Then, compared the establishment of virtual information desk; Finally, put forward the new ideas about reference service of university library in the network environment.
