摘要
在定量评价学术成就的方法中,Hirsch提出将h指数作为评价科学家科研绩效的新指标,本文就影响因子和h指数的评价方法进行简单的比较。
J.E. Hirsch proposed a new indicator h index to characterize the scientific output of a researcher. As a useful index, the paper compared it with impact factor to investigate their difference on quantifying scientific research.
