摘要
本文采用预乳化种子乳液聚合工艺,制备聚丙烯酸酯乳液涂料。并在乳液聚合过程中加入了功能性单体和活性酮基交联单体,研究结果表明:功能单体和活性酮基单体的加入提高了乳液的性能。
A polyacrylate emulsion was prepared through a seeded semi-continuous and pre-emulsification polymerization process.The experimental results showed that the reactive ketonic groups were introduced into the polymer chains and properties of the emulsion improved.
