摘要
以石膏为基体,以硫酸镁和磷酸钠为添加剂,石英为耐火填料,并考虑不同焙烧温度对其性能的影响,利用正交实验法对溶模精密铸造中的可溶性型芯进行了研究。结果表明:硫酸镁能显著提高型芯的室温强度,其加入量直接影响型芯的溶解性;磷酸钠的加入能使石膏混合料在高温时发生较好的烧结,并有助于室温强度的提高;焙烧温度对型芯的强度影响显著;焙烧温度为300℃时,型芯获得最高的强度。
Taking gypsum as matrix, MgSO4 and Na3PO4 as additives, quartz as refractory, the soluble cores in investment casting were studied by orthogonal test, the influence of baking temperature on property of soluble cores was discussed. The results show that MgSO4 can increase bending strength of soluble cores at room temperature, its addition affects solubility of soluble cores. Na3PO4 is helpful to better sintering of at high temperature and increase bending strength of mixture at room temperature. The different baking temperature can change the strength greatly. When baking temperature is 300℃, the cores get the highest strength.
