摘要
Sarcopenia(肌肉衰减征)是在老年人群中发生率较高的一种增龄性机能退化现象,与老年人跌倒、骨折乃至残疾密切相关。大量研究表明,细胞凋亡在Sarcopenia发生中具有重要作用,尤其线粒体所介导的内在细胞凋亡信号通路更是发挥着至关重要的作用。运动作为一种应激会对骨骼肌细胞凋亡过程中的基因调控产生影响。综述了Sarcopenia相关的线粒体介导的内在细胞凋亡信号通路及运动对其的影响。
Sarcopenia is the age - related loss of muscle mass, size and strength, leading to muscle weakness, fall, fracture and increased susceptibility to disability. At present, there has been a growing body of evidence suggesting that apoptosis may be a key role in the process of Sarcopenia, especially, mitochondrion mediated intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway. Exercise has certain influence on the skeletal muscle apoptosis.
