摘要
应用鲜血球脂平板测定了17种不同浓度化学消毒剂对水貂β溶血性链球菌的抑菌、杀菌作用。实验结果表明:2～3％氢氧化纳、1～2％福尔马林,0.1％升汞、0.1％新洁尔灭对本菌敏感,而2％来苏尔、0.1％高锰酸钾等不敏感。
The bacteriostatic and bacteriodal effect of 17 chemical disinfectants at various concentrations on mink β hemolytic streptococcus were tested, using fresh blood agar plate. The experimental results showed that the tested bacteria were sensitive to 2-3 % sodium hydroxide, 1-2% formalin, 0. 1% mercuric bichloride and 0.1% benzalkonium bromide, but insensitive to 2 fo lysol and 0.1%potassium permanganate.
