摘要
微小井眼钻井是一项井眼直径小于88.9mm,高效、低成本、环保的钻井新技术,该技术容易实现信息化、智能化和自动化,是最近几年国外迅速发展起来的一项钻井前沿技术。2004年以来,为推动微小井眼钻井技术的发展,美国能源部门两次投入1000多万美元,集中了如Baker Hughes、Schlumberge等世界知名石油公司和相关研究机构参与微小井眼钻井技术的研发工作。通过近三年的研究,微小井眼钻井技术及配套工具得到了很大的进展,重点介绍了微小井眼技术井下工具的最新进展,并就我国的微小井眼技术提出了思考和对策。
Microhole drilling that diameter of hole is less than 88.9mm is a drilling technology with high efficiency, low-cost and low damage, which is easily realized information, automation and intelligentization. Since 2004, U.S. Department of Energy has imbursed more than 10 millions dollar to development the microhole technology. Some famous oil companies and research organizations, for example Baker Hughes and Schlumberge etc., have took part in this research. Microhole drilling technology and support tools have make great progress in recent 3 years. The article introduced the newest development of microhole downhole tools and put forward suggestions about Chinese micohole technology.
