以双安息香缩乙二胺合汞为中性载体的碘离子电极的研究

Study on a Highly Selective Iodide Electrode Based on Bis-Benzoin-semiethylenediamine Complex of Mercury( Ⅱ ) as a Neutral Carrier

摘要 本文研制了一种以双安息香缩乙二胺合汞Hg(BBSEA)为中性载体的PVC膜碘离子电极,该电极对碘呈示出良好的选择性,此选择性来源于配合物中心Hg(Ⅱ)与碘之间的专一反应。电极对碘响应的线性范围是5×10^(-7)~5×10^(-4)mol/L,斜率58mV/dec(20C)。用交流阻抗和石英晶体微天平(QCM)技术探讨了电极的响应机理。该电极可用于药物中碘含量的测定。 A new PVC membrane electrode based on bis-benzoin-semiethylcnediamine ( BB-SEA)complex of Hg( Ⅱ )was prepared. This elecfrode shows a good selectivity for the iodide ion. The excellent selectivity for iodide is related to the unique interaction between the central Hg( Ⅱ ) and iodide ion. The resulting electrode has a linear respense to iodide over the range of 5×10 7-5 × 10 4mol/L with a slope 58mV/dec. (20℃). Response Characteristics of the electrode were investigated. The respouse mechanisms of the electrode were studied with A.C. impedance and quartz crystal microbalance(QCM)techniques,respectirely. the electrode car. be used to determine the content of some drugs.
