摘要
高校教材管理是高校教学管理工作中的一项重要任务，提高教材管理水平和工作效率势在必行，“高校教材管理信息系统”可使教材管理工作上一新的台阶。文章详细阐述了系统设计思想，提出了教材管理周期新观点，论述了系统需求分析、总体设计、数据库设计和功能模块分解等内容。
The textbook management in institutions of higher learning is an important task.Enhancing the texbook management level and work efficiency is imperative under the present circumstances. The management information system of textbooks in institutions of higher learning is designed to the purpose. This paper expounds the design idea of the system in detail, puts forward new point of view about the textbook management period, and discusses system analysis,software structure design, database design and function module partition.
