摘要
文中指出,由于现场搅拌水泥土桩(浆喷、粉喷)存在有桩身强度不均匀、桩身强度过分依赖于水泥的胶结作用等问题,中国建筑科学研究院地基基础研究所开发了一种夯实水泥土桩,并和河北省建筑科学研究院一起,对其物理力学性状做了试验研究。该桩的特点在于水泥和土在孔外拌和,其强度、桩体密度、抗冻性等,均优于搅拌水泥土桩。文中还介绍了夯实水泥土桩的施工工艺及特点,以及工程实例。
Since pile shaft strength of mixedinplace soilcement pile is nonuniform and overly depends on cementation of cement,the Institute of Foundation Engineering of China Academy of Building Research has developed rammed soilcement pile method and made experimental research on physicomechanical characteristics of the pile with HeBei Academy of Building Research.Cement and soil is mixed out of holes for rammed soilcement pile,The strength,shaft density and frost resistance etc.of rammed soilcement pile are all superior to that of mixedin place soilcement pile,The construction technique of rammed soilcement pile and engineering examples are also introduced in this paper.
