摘要
目的探讨成人接种重组酵母乙型肝炎疫苗（YDV）的免疫效果。方法选择160名23-48岁身体健康状况良好的中学老师，其乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）、乙型肝炎表面抗体（抗-HBs）、乙型肝炎核心抗体（抗-HBc）3项指标均为阴性。按0、1、6个月程序，每剂10μg/1.0ml接种YDV。结果第1针免疫注射后的第12、24个月时，抗-HBs阳转率分别为83、75％、67、50％。女性抗-HBs阳转率均高于男性（P〈0．05）。小于35岁组的抗-HBs阳转率均高于35岁以上组（P〈0．05）。接种重组酵母乙型肝炎疫苗后，本组观察对象均无局部和全身不良反应。结论重组酵母乙型肝炎疫苗对成人具有良好的免疫原性和安全性。
Objective To survey the protective effect of recombinant yeast - derived hepatitis B vaccine （YDV） on adults. Methods The immuological indexes in 160 healthy middle school teachers aged 22-48 years after vaccination with YDV were surveyed. Results The positive rates of anti - HBs were 83.75% ,67.50% at the 12th and 24th months respec-tively, higher in women than that in men （P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rates of anti-HBs in age group under 35 year was higher than that above 35 years-old group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion YDV is effective and safety to adults.
