摘要
目的:分析治疗冠心病相近方剂的共同点与区别点。方法:对临床常用治疗冠心病相近方剂在药物组成、病机、功能主治以及现代中医临床应用等方面进行比较分析。结果:临床常用治疗冠心病8大类型相近方剂具有异同点,临床应用时应有侧重。结论:现代中医针对一些冠心病证型提出了新的治疗方法,在应用这些疗法时,一定要慎重而仔细地辨证分型,针对相近方剂的异同点选择应用,方能取得较好的疗效。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the common characteristics and differences of the close herbal prescriptions for coronary heart disease（CHD）.METHODS： The close herbal prescriptions for CHD were compared in respect of the composition, pathogenesis, function and indication as well as the clinical application in modern Chinese medicine etc. RESULTS： Great importance should be attached to the differences lie in the 8 groups of close herbal prescriptions for CHD in their clinical application. CONCLUSION： The modern Chinese medicine put forward some new approaches for the treatment of CHD aimed at its patterns of syndrome. In the application of these therapies, syndrome differentiation should be carried out with prudence to choose the most effective therapy in view of the difference of the close prescriptions to achieve a better efficacy.
