摘要
中华人民共和国国家标准《污水综合排放标准》（ＧＢ８９７８－１９９６）已于１９９６年１０月４日由国家技术监督局发布，并将于１９９８年１月１日实施。作者就新标准中有关制革工业废水处理情况及达标排放与原８８标准进行对比分析，以便供广大制革厂参考借鉴。
The 'State Standards for Comprehensive Discharge of Effluent'(GB8978-1996) had been issued in Oct. 4, 1996 by State Bureau of Technical Supervision, and will be implemented in Jan. 1, 1998. Compared with the old one, the author analysed the current situation of tanning efflent mangement and discharge.
