摘要
研究了测定直接酯化法合成对苯二甲酸双羟丁酯过程中液相里1，4－丁二醇含量的气相色谱方法．为避免通常繁琐的衍生化步骤，采用了一个简便的前处理方法．该方法将1，4－丁二醇与高沸点组分分离，然后用内标法进行测定．该方法的精密度和回收率较好，可满足工艺要求．
The gas chromatographic method for quantitative determining the 1, 4-butandiol which is present in liquid phasein the synthesis of bishydroxybutyl terephthaIate by direct esterification process has been investigated. Instead of thetradional tedious derivation procedure, a simp1e and convenient pretreatment process is used and results in separation of1, 4-butandiol and high boiling components , then 1, 4-butandiol is determined by internal standard methods. Theprecision and recovery of method are satisfactory and can meet the requirements of technology.
