摘要
本文分析了未来我国人民群众在教育、医疗、养老、住房等民生领域对财政资金的巨大需求,并大致勾画出未来一个时期内主要民生支出在财政支出中的理想比重,最后提出了实现这种支出结构调整的现实途径。
This paper analyzes Chinese people's demands on public finance in the fields of education,medi- cal care,pension and housing.It also draws the outline of the ideal percentage of fiscal spending on those fields in the near future,and at last,it suggests the approach of the adjustment of fiscal expenditure mix.
