摘要
1984～1995年共收治各种马蹄内翻足1074例,18岁以上的成年人491例,术后获得1年以上随访者296例,男173例,女123例。年龄最小18岁,最大61岁,平均27.8岁。其中>45岁者9例。左下肢139例,右下肢120例,双下肢37例,共333个足。导致马蹄内翻足的病因14种,其中小儿麻痹后遗症175例,占59.1％。333个足共施行369人次手术,30例畸形严重者分两期手术矫正。6例因术后畸形矫正不足,关节融合不好又施行了二次手术。术后随访1年～8年9个月,平均3.5年,优321个足,占96.4％。差12个足。
1074 cases of equinovarus were treated in our center from 1984 to 1995. The patients over 18 years old were 491. 296 patients were followed-up for more than one yearCmale to female was 173 to 123). The average age were 27. 8 years ranged from 18 to 61 which 9 patients were over 45 years old. The total operated feet were 333 from which the left,right and bilateral were 139,120 and 37 cases respectively. There were 14 pathogenies of equinovarus in the patients but 175 cases (59. l%)were caused by poliomyelitis. 369 operations were performed in the 333 feet which 30 severe patients accepted two-stage operation. 6 patients were performed secondary operation because of unsatisfactory deformity correction and joint fusion. 321 feet(96.4%) got good follow-up results 1 to 8; 75 years (average 3. 5)after operation.
