摘要
本文报告１３１例由颅内肿瘤并发三叉神经痛。其中胆脂瘤１０６例，三叉神经鞘瘤１２例，脑膜瘤６例，三叉神经纤维瘤３例，脑干胶质瘤和听神经瘤各２例。胆脂瘤多表现为典型三叉神经痛症状，桥小脑角处其他肿瘤多表现为非典型三叉神经痛。同时介绍了不同肿瘤诊断和手术要点。
One hundred and thirty-one cases of intracranial tumors complicated with trigeminal neuralgia are reported. Among them there were 106 cases of cholesteatoma, 12 of trigeminal neurinoma, 6 of meningoma, 3 of Neurofibroma of trigeminal nerve, 2 cases of brain-stem glioma and 2 cases of acoustic neuronoma. The cerebellopontine angle cholesteatoma presented typical or simple trigeminal neuralgia, and the remainder atypical. The diagnosis and the key operation techniques in handling different tumors are discussed and the experience in raising cure rate and reducing complications and is summed up.
