摘要
在建立32P胶体间质内放疗动物模型实验的基础上,在间质内放疗剂量400Gy时腹腔内应用氯胺酮和戊巴比妥,以观察内放疗周围脑组织损伤的保护作用。结果表明:在MRT2WI像上水肿范围以及多胺SPd含量上,氯胺酮处理组与正常对照组无显著差异,而戊巴比妥处理组(10mg腹腔qd)和正常对照组以及氯胺酮组存在差异,提示氯胺酮对32P胶体间质内放疗脑组织损伤无明显保护作用,而戊巴比妥具有明显保护作用,并和多胺中SPd减少有关。
?Objective 1. To Compare the protective effections by ketam ine and pentobarbital to the rabbit brain interstitial irradiation injury (Ⅲ).2. To observe pentobarbital protective role on the dise of sedation and its clinical value. Method The authors firstly buit up the aninal model of Ⅲ to rabbit brain wlinch were designed to receive 400Gy on the 14th day after32 P colloid implantation. Twenty-six rabbits were arranged to three groups: A, B, C. Each were treated res pectively with no drug; ketamine 5mg/kg/qd and pentobarbital lomg/kg/qd intra peritoneusly. The rabbits were performed with MR T2 WI for caculation of edeme volume, Prior to be killed. After the rabbits were killed with loml air injection intravenously, brain sample were collected in coornal plane which through the 32 P center, with the volume 0.2×0.2×0.2cm, 0.6 and 1.0cm away from the edge of the source. All samples were sent to exam the quantity of spermidine. Result 1.There were no difference between the contrast and the ketamine group for the volume of edena on MR T2 WI, for the pentobarbital group, the volume of edema was much less. 2.There were no apparent difference between the contrast and ketamine group for the quantity of spermidine, no matter in CSF or in the tissures 0.6cm and 1.0cm away from the source. For the pentobarbital group, the spermidine is much less than the other two groups (P<0.05). Conclussion 1.Ketamine has no protective role to the rabbit brain Ⅲ by 32 P. 2.Pentobarbital has apparent protective role to the rabbit brain Ⅲ by 32 P. It can reduce the volume of edema and the quantity of spermidine in the brain tissues. 3.Pentobarbital has its proctective role on dose of sedation and it is the reliablity of its application in the clinic.
