摘要
从河南食管癌高发区林县粮食中分离出24株圆弧青霉,采用Raulin-Thom液体培养基培养,经三氯甲烷萃取后得棕黄色粉末状提取物。用枯草杆菌芽胞DNA重组试验检测其重组效应。结果表明:不加(S-9)活化系统16株提取物为阳性(64%),加S-9后24株皆为阴性,提示提取物中含有直接诱变物。
24 strains of Penicillum Cyclopium Westling were isolated from the grain inLin Xian County of Henan Province, the area of high incidence of esophageal cancer.The strains were inoculated in Raulin-Thom fluid medium. The brownpowdery extract was extracted with chlorofrom from the condensed culturedfluid. The extracts were tested for DNA-damaging ability in the Rec-assay byusing the recmbination-deficient mutant of Bacillus Subtilis M45 and the parentstrain H 17 with their spores. 16 of 24 strains of P. Cyclopium were positive inthis system without metabolic activation. 24 strains were negative with metabolic activation.
