摘要
以四种织构纤维编织体(2.5D,三维四向,三维五向,三维六向)增强的SiC基复合材料为研究对象,研究不同织构纤维编织体损伤给复合材料结构带来的影响,并从纺织学角度分析此种现象。结果表明,2.5D织构纤维编织体结构整体性较好,在表层纤维受损的情况下,依旧保持良好的三维整体性,所制备复合材料抗损伤性良好。而三维四向、三维五向和三维六向织构纤维编织体结构整体性较差,在表层纤维受损的情况下,纤维编织体的整体性遭到致命破坏,复合材料出现低应力断裂,抗损伤性很差。
The effect of damnification of different structural fabric on microstructure of Cf/SiC composites were investigated, and the results were analyzed thoroughly from the point of view of textile technics. The results show that 2.5D fabric structural composites is superior to other three fabric structural composites remarkably on condition that the fabric structure were damnified slightly. And the other three fabric were destroyed entirely at a low stress.
