饲用硫酸亚铁工厂化包被技术的研究 被引量:1

Studies on the Industrial Production Technology of Feed Grade Encapsulation of Ferrous Sulfate

摘要 本文研究了工业生产包被饲用硫酸亚铁的工艺与参数,以及包被剂的种类和用量,并以稳定性较差的VA和VC作为重点,详细研究了经工业化包被处理后的饲用硫酸亚铁的稳定性及其复配预混料中对VA、VC的稳定性的影响,研究结果表明,通过工业化生产的包被硫酸亚铁的纯度达到了87.29%,亚铁离子的含量为17.58%,复合预混料中载体的水分为13.1%时,VA的留存率由原来的6.7%提高到了63.1%,VC的留存率由原来的3.0%提高到8.7%,首选的包被剂为包被剂Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ。 In this paper, the technology and parameter of the industrial production of the feed grade encapsulation of ferrous sulfate and the dinds and the amount of the coating materials were discussed. The studies emphasized the influence on the stability of feed grade encapsulation of ferrous sulfate and the stability of V A and Vc in its complex premix after the industrial production by using the less stable V A and Vc. The result shows the purity of feed grade encapsulation of ferrous sulfate is 87.29 percent, the content of Fe 2+ is 17.58percent by industrial producing. The ratio of V A preservation (40℃,30 days) is raised from 6.7 percent to 63.1 percent and the ratio of Vc preservation (40℃,30 days ) is raised from 3.0 percent to 8.7 percent at 13 percent moisture content of the carrier in the complex premix. The coating materials Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲwere selected respectively.
