摘要
要减少火灾中的人员伤亡,合理的建筑设计、完好的消防设施、科学的疏散预案三者缺一不可,但当前很多单位的人员疏散预案普遍缺乏指导性、可操作性和科学性。笔者以某火车站出站大厅防火分区为例,运用计算机模拟技术,详细阐述了建筑火灾人员疏散预案的制定。
Reasonable building design and good fire protection establishment and scientific evacuation policy are the three absolutely necessarily factors, if we want to avoid or decrease the loss of fire. But evacuation policy in many departments are always lack of guidance, science and operation currently. This paper sets the Nanchang railway station＇s out hall for the example, analyzing the necessary conditions of the evacuation policy＇s establishment from every point of view by computer model.
