摘要
建筑火灾是发生概率高、损失大的火灾种类,合理、有效的建筑防火措施是以火灾风险评价为前提的。对国内外火灾风险评价方法的研究现状进行了综述,并且对常见的建筑火灾评价方法进行了归纳,可以为采取有效的防火措施、建筑消防性能化设计,以及保险行业制定合理的保险费率提供科学的依据。
Building fire happens a lot and costs much loss. Fire risk evaluation is the precondition to make reasonable and effective fire prevention project. Summarizing the research of fire risk evaluation method by now; summing up the main methods, the basis was given to make effective fire prevention project. It also helps to performance-based design and to make reasonable insurance rate.
